Police search for motive in Highland Park shooting that killed 7, injured dozens

First-degree murder charges have been filed against the 21-year-old suspect in Monday’s mass shooting at an Independence Day parade in Highland Park, Ilinois. Police say the gunman planned his attack weeks in advance, and disguised himself as a woman to escape.
